The aim of this course is to improve the way leaders think about the idea of impact and what it means to seek data about impact
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- View evaluation as a form of leadership, focusing on guiding decisions that drive meaningful change.
- Focus on impact rather than effort when evaluating the effectiveness of programs and leadership.
- Differentiate between outputs, which are immediate deliverables, and outcomes, which represent the long-term changes or benefits.
- Articulate the value proposition of an organisation or program by emphasising the specific difference it is intended to make.
